Refund policy

 

At Woof and Snout, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:


Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided the item is not a custom order.

The product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed with all original packaging and tags intact and no fur / hair / odours (we cannot accept returns smelling of perfume or smoke).

To initiate a refund, please email hello@woofandsnout.com within the 14 day period.

Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund within 14 working days. Please note, this is the time for us to process the refund, the time it will take to receive the refund will vary based on the payment provider you have chosen to use as they have their own processing times.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend to use a tracked service to return products to us.

Please include your order number within the return, so we are able to link the parcel to your account.


Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, such as software, e-books, or downloadable content, all digital products are final sale and are not eligible for return.


Exceptions:

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Customised or personalised products / services, including collars and leads in custom colours / designs and/or featuring a name. If you are unsure on sizing please e-mail us at hello@woofandsnout.com or order from our collection collars until you are sure on your dogs size.
  • Products / services purchased during a promotional or clearance sale.
  • Digital products.
