Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  •    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Collars & leads usually take 0-2 weeks to create, but may take up to 4 weeks as we craft your items in-house. If you need your order in time for a special event, please contact us at the time of ordering, as we may have some ready made options available.
  •    During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 

Shipping Methods:

  • We ship the majority of our parcels through Royal Mail, however may use other couriers at times if necessary.
  • Shipping is free on all orders over £75.
  • On orders under £75, you have a choice between second class shipping for £3.99 or first class shipping for £4.99.
  • All orders are sent with tracking, which is e-mailed at the time of dispatch.

*Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any delays within the post as this is out of our control and ask our customers to allow 14 working days for delivery before presuming a parcel is missing.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately by e-mailing hello@woofandsnout.com.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
