First Dawn - Dog Collar

The collars I ordered are absolutely stunning, and I can't fault this business with that, I am over the moon with them. However, I had accidentally ordered the wrong size, and a mystery item I'd ordered was catered to that size too (personal, and very nice I will say, also can't fault them there) although, when I attempted to contact customer support, I received a response asking for my order info, and I, of course, responded, but it has been 5 days without a response back from them, and while I appreciate they were in the middle of closing down, last night in an attempt to get the correct size collar since the customer support failed to get back to me, I wound up spending an extra £13 to get ANOTHER collar in the actual right size, and I now have 2 collars worth £20, that don't fit any of my dogs.

Again, they're absolutely GORGEOUS products and I adore them, but I am very disappointed with the lack of support for customers I received.

Haven't recieved item yet so unable to comment . Unsure why reviews are being requested when the item hasn't even arrived (ordered the 13th July)

Padded and lovely!

The collar is beautiful for our boy. Really well made and looks very hard wearing.
Unfortunately the delivery took over a week but it's advertised as next day shipping.
The item I bought was in stock and I needed it urgently to go on holiday as his last collar had broken. I was expecting it before we went away but after seeing it hadn't dispatched and reading your FAQs it says it takes up to 2 weeks before you ship.

Now it's come I'm very happy, but will have to plan ahead if I want to buy from here again.
