Very quick and professional customer service, got the wrong size at crufts as I’d got my measurements confused. Tried it on once and didn’t fit. I emailed the company not expecting a response due to it being crufts and all. BUT a reply was emailed within the hour and the larger size will be put to the side for me and sent when they are back from crufts! Very pleased with how good quality the harness is and enjoyed finding them at crufts! Thank you and I will absolutely be using this company in the future!
Lovely quality harness, the nicest quality one we have purchased by far, lovely eye catching design and quality fabric and construction, easy to get on with two clips, secure easy fastening and overall great design, really like the handle on top. Toffee has had some lovely compliments wearing it.
I bought the Flora Explorer harness because I loved the design and I loved the quality of the Aurora harness, which this one has replicated. The new sizes are great and it fits Percy perfectly.
All in all, I love the Flora harness, it fits great, and Percy looks great in it!
